Default Patriot Stage II Heads.

Whats everyones opinion on Patriot Stage II Heads? Quality, HP gains, or am i waisting my time? Im trying to build the motor some before i boost it. The only real power-adder i'll have on it will be nos(100wet).

Umm Well look at it this way. A full bolt on stang(intake exhaust, other crap) will see 270rwhp. H/C/I (heads, cams, intake, can see 310+. So 40rwhp? Thats being on the top end.

sounds worth it, obviously its not a good example of "bang for your buck" but 40hp is a good number. On the 4.6 2v engine, when using nos repeated whats the weakest link in the engine, or the first that might think its time to pack-up and leave.

OBJECTION. Hear-say. This is about the 3rd time ive seen you bash Patriot.

Have you ever had patriots on your car?Do you haveanything that would back up your accusations? Do you even have a clue how much they will flow?

So, you find someone that will CNC machine and 5 way port and polish your heads for the price of Patriots-the price you can sell your PI heads.

Would you like to see a flowbench graph? Just b/c someone's uncle found some guy to P&P heads, doesnt mean they will flow anywhere near Patriots.

i just installed patriot stage II heads and anderson F-52 cams on my car and noticed a big increase in power cant tell what 1/4 mile is cause the track is closed but i keep beating my buddy when he was running consistent 12.60 e.t. and im on street tire. yea it cost me $2700 to install everything myself but togo from 13.1 tolow 12's N/A un-tuned ! I'd say that was a good investment. And with the blower cam i choose when i install some boost my power gains are going to be even bigger.

I would not buy Patriot. Too many quality issues. I researched them quite a bit and it's hit or miss with their quality.
