i would not gobigger than a 305. any bigger would wear unevenly and bluge out too much and look funny, espesially with such a low profile.

Yeah 315's is not pushing it. . . 335's is pushing it
that's how I roll. Always living life out on the edge!

Yeah and you have too much flex on the sidewalls and that kills your handling 295's on 10's and 265's or 275's on 9's IMO. Thats probably what im going to do.
I have Eibach drag springs front and rear, I have a coil cut out of the front, I have Jamex struts at all four corners, beefier anti-saw bars front and rear and aftermarket U/L control arms. Handling is definitely more than adequate. Looks and staight line traction is the ticket for me, in that order. Throwing it into corners just doesn't happen enough. Although, there is this one 30 mph off-ramp as I exit Hwy 30 onto CStreetin SW Cedar Rapids and if there's no one in front of me I'm usually touching 75-80 by the time it straightens up. GREAT FUN!!

I think jonbeast has them on his car, he posted pics a couple of weeks ago.
he does. He has my old tires and rims! I sold them to him for a song whence I won my FR's from AmericanMuscle.com (formerly MustangTuning.com)!! Hooking his *** up!

JB's are 18X10.5's, though. But straight up, he's running 335-30-18's on the ***-end of his rig. Just like his big brother groundpounder. We're two pimps in a pod, me and that T-rex...[sm=pimp.gif]

Only pimps can run 335's!! Y'all didn't KNOW that?!?!
Not everyone can handle the pimpness of the 335s, its just a burden that GP and I have to take on[sm=pimp.gif]

sweet guys thanks! Im probably going to end up getting some 18x10s from americanmuscle- i've always gotten great service from them. However I dont think that they have 10.5s, only 10s. Thats fine with me as long as i can run my 315s lol.
I got my 10.5" black DD bullits from americanmuscle. They came with 315s.

Yes, but those were Sumitomos and those don't come in 18" from what I can find. What about quality tires in 315?

you can get bfg drag radials in 315s i think. thats definitely a quality tire. i dunno if youre talking about street tires only though.

you can search on tirerack.com (who i think is also a sponsor) by size and go from there. michelin pilots come in that size...but youre lookin at $400/tire.
