would rather get the gt because it would have less mileage, therefore less problems, and is a newer car.....and the cobra was probably raced to death where on the other hand you can find a gt that was driven by an old lady...

yea well let me say this, stock for stock the 97 cobra rana 13.9 and the 00 gt ran like a 14.2 that is not a big difference, i think for money reasons i would buy a 351w and put it into a fox

raced to death or not, you dont see many of them and the engines were built by 2 people instead of robots on a assembly line. Not to mention 32v. DOHC. 4v>2v stock for stock, anyday anytime anywhere find me and ill show you first hand
