whats PI?

Im still new on Mustangs World. Im reading about the PI. Whats exactly does PI? If i want install that, do i need change both heads? Where to buy and wich exactly part?

Don't be soo harsh. Is it power improvement or performance improvement? cause I always thought it was performance. OP just buy the heads from www.buyfordracing.com they will say PI heads

PI=performance improvment. ford changed the heads, cams, and intake in 1999 to the PI parts. the 96-98 have the NPI h/c/i. the npi parts suck bad and i can't wait to get rid of them. i just need $$$$$$$$
