Um, idk about that but I did notice more power. It really depends on how hard you drive the car. I have had anywhere from 180 miles to 310 miles to a tank.

Didnt really notice an improve in mpg or hp, but it did help knock .4 tenths of a second off my 1/4 mile with an H pipe
