Default Anyone who's painted interior trim, please reply

Hello everyone, just wanted to know who's painted their interior trim and how they did it as well as if it's worth the effort. What paint they used, sandpaper grit, and if they used a primer? Thanks to all who reply.

i started to do this with my car

it is not easy as i found out, i wanted mine the same color as the outside of my car so i got the paint mixed at my local car quest auto parts store( they can load it into an aerosal can for u), just make sure that u get all the armor all off of the pieces
i had some residue left on some of my pieces and it causes get fits

looks great though

i painted the interior of my 67 dart about 6 yrs ago. the back of the seats were made out of plastic so had to paint them to match the interior. i picked up some interior paint and it still looks like the day i did it. no sanding requiring. it would make since to primer it, but the paint is gonna stick just fine to all the plastic pieces.

well, latemodelresto does have interior paint, but it's all stock interior colors. I was wanting to match up my exterior color(Silver) with some of the interior trim. i didn't see silver. But I will find something
