If Kentucky is rhe same as Texas..a Law Enforcement can seize a vehicle that was involved in a felony. At the Departments I have worked for...we used our seizure cars for surveillence, etc.

wherei live there are two 2002 GT's and two 06GTs one of the 02's and one of the06's are totally unmarked kinda like that car.. but iam pretty sure they arnt blown LOL...
