Default STEERing bolt!!!!!911!!!

okay i got my LTs in but the god damn steering bolt is not going in and we are starting to think the one we are trying to put in is't it....so im wondering can i get that frum any auto parts store???

Its a 13mm bolt. How are you trying to put the wrong one in? Didn't you seperate parts when you took them off?

ya but it could be stripped too ....but wut ever im gonna go and try and buy a new one tomorrow morning....i now realize y ppl dont suggest installing LTs ur self...im not even sure if my x pipe will even line up

ya but steering is more of an issue cuz i cant get to my damn college classes with out this ****in car!!! argh i feel so stupid for attempting this and im like 95% done...its alwayz a god damn bolt!!!

i should have done that but wut ever this was a great stressful, fun, and tireing learn experiance.....not done yet tho gotta get the steering working put the x pipe on and bolt on 2 bolts to the LT and clog up the ekg or wut the hell the emission **** is lol then ill be done =)

Good luck with getting that bolt back in. If it came out and you didn't cross thread it going back in, it'll go. Does it try to start and then get really tight? If so, stop now and get yourself a tap to clean up the threads. I'll look forward to your "CEL is on" post when you get all done.[8D]

But arnt you glad you saved yourself $500-$600 by installing them yourself. It's only hard the first time. I have installed 5 sets now on my car and friends cars. Only takes me 3 hours now to install LT's.

Sweet, ill have to give you a buzz if I get into a jam when installing mine, pry gonna start first week of Febuary.
