i just banged on a 05 gt by about 2-3 car lengths up to 70..yes he was racing guess my car is faster then i thought..i just bought it and i ddidnt know all the mods it had but apparently it has a good amount..bcuz i just beat a 05 gt.

Nice.. Those 05s are pretty quick. Your sure you were racing a Gt or a v6 with the added foglights? ;)

There are no "mystery" mods out there. If you look under the car and the exhaust is stock (you should tell by the sound anyway) and the car doesn't sound like it has a cam in it (you would know, trust me) there isn't anything else done.

More than likely you beat the driver, not the car.

Thats probably the case. Unfortunately, lots of people dont take the time to learn how to really drive their cars. They think that justbecause they have a car thats fast that they can just mash the go pedal and thats it. Ive beat a few LS1 f bodies that i know can tear me a new one, but the drivers couldnt shift worth a crap so i beat them.

But a kill is a kill, so congrats :D

Join the club. But I think the 05 driver didnt know what he was doing. I had the same thing I was at 135 and he was still pulling on me but i think he looked down and let off. Thats the only time ive taken my car to 135 on the highway. I guess in the end a kill is a killright?
