Mine should arrive on Monday but my cheap a$$ didnt order the bearing kit and now im thinking of ordering it. What do you guys think? Leave on stock bearings and just change ring and pinion or do the complete kit?

I drove my car gently for 20 mintes, or about 10 miles or so. Then let them cool down for almost an hour.
Havent had a problem, and they've been in a summer and a half.
4.10's = first gear fun

just be easy driving home, listen for problems.. thats the real reason not to beat it hard.. .in case the install was goofed - it gives you a SMALL chance of being able to fix it. other than that dont worry about it

I drove about 30 miles and stopped at a friends house. After that I was pretty much beating the **** out the car. This was just a few days ago
4.10s are easily the best thing I've done so far. Haven't done much but still[8D]

aww man you should have went with 3.73s wtf is wrong with you!?!?!?!
hahha jk your gonna love em. I wanted to be safe so i waited 500 miles before i beat on mine to ensure a proper break in. I drove on the highway alot also and stopped every so often on my 50 miles trip to work. Just avoid hard drag launches mainly. That means no 5 grand hole shots.

I'm gonna go get mine done with my tax return.
Only problem is that the place where I'd get them installed is about 45 minutes away on the highway. So I just figure I'll have to somehow manage to contain myself and be one of the slower cars on the highway and go halfway which puts me around the middle of the city (i'm north of it, this place is south), then I can stop for lunch and cool em down and go the rest of the way home.

I find it funny when they tell you 500 miles for break in. Yeah to save their *** if they forget a shim or two. It's not an engeine where the rings need to seat properly. You should be able to peel out of their parking lot!
