parking brake light

sometimes when i get on the gas hard, or when i slow down real fast my parking brake light in the dash comes on. anyone know why?

Brake fluid is low.

yea probably the brake fluid. Mine was doing that when i hit the brakes hard.

Brake fluid is low in master cylinder because the brake pads are worn causing more fluid to be required in lines to push pads against rotor unless you have a leaking wheel cylinder or master cylinder. If you just add fluid and the pads are worn ,when you replace the pads ,the master cylinder will be overfilled.
