what year cobra is it. And the biggest shot i would go with would be a 100 shot. Some people say you could pull off a 125 shot but i think thats pushing it

125 shot, drag radials, think you should take any cobra with that including terminators. our cars are lighter and have a solid rear axle. good luck finding a stock one though!!!

If its n/a(stock) a 100 shot should be enough because it should bring your rwhp to 300 and more torque.

do a 150 shot and by a better manifold so you dont blow a hole in it.

I've raced two 03 cobras with my current set up. I raced a full bolt-on cobra from a 2nd gear roll and stayed door to door with him. I then raced a stock 03 cobra from a 1st gear roll and by the end of 2nd I had about3 to 4 car lengths on him. The typical bolt-ons, 4:10's, a NX 100 shot and some d/r's should beat the hell out of a 03 cobra.

No doubt the GT is lighter, but I think you kinda got lucky racing a "full boltons" cobra and winning.

A full boltons 03 should make around 470 to 490 WHP, compared to say 360-370 with your 100 shot and boltons. The GT doesn't weigh as much, but that doesn't matter with another 100+ WHP on tap for the cobra.

A 100 shot + boltons/gears and some sticky tires should get it done easy on a stock terminator though.
