Default 94 Cobra VS 98 GT

I have a chance to trade my 98 GT for a 94 Cobra, is this a good decision ? Honestly, would it be worth the trade ?

Well, I could very well be incorrect, but I read that the '94 cobra's are 240hp, 285 ft/lb's of torque. So you're not gaining much powerwise, 15 hp and less torque? those numbers don't seem accurate, but that's what I found. I mean, it is a 5.0, so cheaper to mod, blah blah blah, the 4.6 vs. 5.0 thing has been argued to the death...Personally, if I had a chance to buy either a '94 cobra or '98 gt, I'd probably go for the '94 cobra simply because of the 5.0 and the cobra emblem, haha. But vehicle condition and milage and what not all comes into play.

well, its got 90K miles on it, and it has a K&N CAI on it. I would be buying it from my friend, so I guess its ok, I'm gonna take it to Ford and let them fu...I mean fix it up if somethings wrong with it.

Id say get the 5.0 cobra and make it run liek it has 10k miles. A cobra is a lot rarer then a GT and they look really cool. The engine isnt the only thing thats upgraded on the cobra.

I got 101,000 miles on my GT and its an automatic so I can feel a transmission rebuild on the horizon. I'm just tired of the same slow shifting, I have a chip in it to change the transmission shift points, but it still shifts slow. So I dunno...I want the Cobra, but I dont know if going from a 98 to a 94 is a good idea.
