Default Stall question

What's a good stall speed for street/strip use and will it affect my everyday driving at all?

Don't go lower than 3000 rpm, (persoanlly I would go 3500+) It won't hurt your daily driving much because you have a lockup converter. No matter what the stall rpm is it will act stock once the converter locks up. It will slip more on take off and might give you a little worse milage untill it locks. I daily drive my SS with a 4000 stall and have been doing so for nearly a year. Hell I even drive it 1.5 hours each way to the track in the summer at least three times per month.
