need gear help quick!

yup, i have another ? on the gear, ok well i decided im going to install it myself, but heres the ? i found a 4.10 with a master rebuild kit, Master Bearing Rebuild Kit includes all Timken Bearings, Pinion Seal, O-Ring, Pinion Nut, Crush Sleeve, Pinion Shims OEM Style, Carrier Shims OEM Style, Ring Gear Bolts, Cover Silicone, Gear Marking Compound, Brush, Threadlocker. do i need all this stuff? or shuld i just buy the gear? and any tips on installatin, or any special tools needed?? please hurry i dont have much longer to get these! thanks
