WTF?

If you want to run a larger throttle body, you should go ahead and get a new intake plenum too. Go with a 75mm. Accufab is "the best" but also the most expensive. So go with what your budget allows. There are other brands that start around 200 for the combo. Or search the boards/ebay for a used setup.

Skip the MAF, your stock one is fine.

Unless you've got all kinds of money burning a hole in your pocket skip the 400 dollar accufab unless you absolutely have to have it. You can get a professional products combo for around 200 bucks, or a bbk/C&L for around 300. They all work the same. Check ebay and the boards for used ones.

The plenum is what the throttle body bolts to, sometimes called the "upper intake." When you pop the hoodlook forthe part thathas the pony logo on it (right on top) thats attached to the throttle body and also attached to the intake manifold. Thats the plenum.

Click on that. Its both the throttle body and plenum. Go back and search ebay for "mustang intake plenum" youll geta whole list of plenums and throttle bodies and look them over.

Im not sure what the SHM ported intake is you're talking about. But the link abovewill show you what you're looking for.

Hey, I just noticed your name is svtblue. Are you rollin in a cobra? The throttle body for a cobra is different than for a GT. Ive been talking about parts for a GT. Theres a big difference, let us know what you're driving.
