Default 3 Questions....

1st ... What is the difference between normal headers and long tube headers?
2nd ... What is the difference between Urethane and Fiberglass?
3rd ... aww **** I forgot.. I'll ask later...

1 - your talking about manifolds, they are alot more restricitve than the long tube headers. each exhuast tube is bent so that they are the same length to make more power.

2 - any body kit you want urethane

3 - idk

urethane will fit better, fiberclass is alot more stiff and when the mold dries fiberglass will bend alot of the time, giving you a less than great product.

1- Maybe you mean shorty headers? They build a bit less power but usually are smog legal and some come with C.A.R.B. #s

Ok.. so does long tube headers mean that you would need like a short X pipe? Also is Urethane lighter? Stronger? what? Thanks for the replies already!

yes you'll need a midpipe made specifically for long tubes, certain brands will need to be matched to the header. ie SLP long tubes require a SLP midpipe

urethane is much more flexible so your paint won't crack off as easily. im not sure which one is lighter

urethane is heavier, but will likley crack/look like crap after a while. my spoiler the pain is cracking, and the front bumper has some areas under neith the lights you can see through cuz of a gap.

LT headers requires a shorty midpipe yes
