It doesn't.. but people make them fit since there is no "true" mach 1 chin spoiler for 94-98..

My headlight/foglight combo came from blueovalindustries on ebay.. They were I want to say $240 shipped... But I have not had a single problem with them concerning fogging up issues/ water condesation...So I feel that my money was well spent compared to the cheapos you see on ebay that many people come back and say they leak..
