mobil 1 5w20or30 and motorcraft filter. Apparantly frams are the worst oil filter around

I would go with a wix filter. If you use mobil 1 oil or any other good synthetic and your not running your car hard every day, you can just replace the filter at 3,000 miles and get 6,000 from your oil.
