The Ram Air Myth is exposed here http://63.237.101.100/~vetteguru/ramair/

Think about how fast the air is being sucked through the throttlebody/intake and then think about how fast you would have to be moving in order to generate any kind of "ram air" effect. That's why superchargers work so well.

For one thing it makes absolutely no sense to have the intake sitting in the engine bay. Its called a COLD AIR intake. NOT HOT AIR intake. BBK is junk.

JLT CAI is the best out there. Its made provengains again and again. If you goSUPERCHARGED or TURBOyou can use it with it.

I would save a couple more hundred and get gears. You're not going to notice any power gains off cai or pulleys.

B/S! JLT CAI will make a noticeable difference. So will pullies. Every bit of horse power counts.

+ 1 for JLT..... Although Ram Air really only works when your moving..... Which means you prob wont find results on the dyno.

You may be able to feel a slight increase in power but it wont be that noticable. The JLT website claims about a 10whp gain. No cold air intake is going to give you an increase in performance like a set of gears will. Intake and pullies would give you the punch gears provide.

But non the less...+ 1 for jlt
