If all four are 18x9's then I would get the same size all the way around so you can rotate front to back! 245/40/18's or 275/35/18's They are the same sixe as 245/45/17

When you go up in rim size, for every inch you go up you have to drop down one series in height which is the second number like 45 series in 245/45/17 or 245/40/18 is the same. for every three width sizes you go , you have to drop down one height in size for ex.245/45/17 and 275/40/17 is the same 275 is the width and 40 is the height.
