Full stainless/ceramic exhaust, heads, cams, clutch, TKO tranny, full suspension, drag radials, intercooled twin turbo, TB/plenum, all forged internals, and as big a shot of nitrous as you can build the motor to handle.

Just to be serious for a moment, there is no such thing as a "no budget" "insane horsepower" build unless you mean the skys the limit. You bought the wrong car if you don't want to invest money in it to make it fast.

for one ive had my car for 3 years and i know ther is always someone going to be faster i just want to push as much horsepower out of my engine as i can with the best way i can
