Sure... go in and gorge everythiong out and put a turbo on it blowing about 20psi and you will have about 700hp on your hands. The block will hold 800 hp but I would try to stay closer to 700 to be safe.

Are you talking rear wheel or flywheel?
500 (or so) flywheel can be had on a 99+ with boltons, cams, and a supercharger. This equates to something like 425/435 hp at the wheels.

just surf the net sometimes people on here sell the pi heads then u will have to get cams to match the heads but thats what i recomend u doin is replacing the heads and cams do all the bolt ons headers o/r xpipe catback intake pullies then spray it or supercharge it

With enough money you can give a GT a million hp. You just need one of the shuttles rocket boosters. Its all a question of what you want. A streetable racer? Maybe a weekend track car?
