I won't spend any of that money that I don't plan to. And everyone knows that I have a nice collection of hands of people who have stolen from me before, my $$ is safe.

I'm with BleedinBlue. Good idea though guys. The way i do it is have ATLEAST500 bucks in my savings account for back up (rent, car payment, utilities, etc...). If i ever have to dip into that 500, i'll replace it. But as long as i have that in the savings, and a little extra in the checking, the little extra goes straightto the ole stang. I already have 2 checking accounts and 1 savings account. I really don't want another account right now. lol.

That is how I am doing my car savings. I have $70 a week put into my car payment account. I only need $60 a week. So it adds up over time. I now have enough for exhaust this spring. I am going to change the $70 to abou $90 or $100 from now on though.
