My goal this spring is to get a high 13 sec 1/4........it is hard with 18 inch rims and street tires but I know I can get there if the conditions are right..............maybe a tuner will help a little + ummmm some 3.73 gears

Upper60smost of the day for the temperature, Stock tires (Goodyears that came from the factory), Prochamber midpipe, flowmaster 40 series, Tri-Ax short throw shifter, 24 k for the milliage.

I also had the spare tire and all the accessories in the trucnk,including themach 1000 stereo system in the truck (amp rack, 4 amps on the rack and 2 under the6x9s, and 2subs in separate boxes. Probably caused my good 60ft time.

100% stock (even stock tires) was a 14.2 @ 97 MPH.

These guys with faster times probablyhad aftermarket tires (which can make a huge difference, street tires or not, the stock ones suck).

yeah, even though my tires are street tires they are 295/35/18 and are wide enough to get traction especially after lowering the presure. It will still be tough to beat my best time of 14.137...........but I thimk I can.

unless you have a freak factory car there's no way you are runnin a 1.7 60' on the stock tires
