i have c spring with no cc plates but only had them for about a month n no problem yet the ride is alot smoother.

You will.I even took mine to get realigned after the kmember was out and I put those new springs in. They adjusted it as much as possible and its still wearing the inside of the tires.

I suggest spending the 200$ and 50$ for an alignment or you're going to go through a set of tires a year.
