Fiad, who are you kidding; you wouldnt know what a bent frame looks like. Doesnt effect drivability, no one buying would probably notice anyway.

It sounds like it is just a "dent" in the frame... not actuall fram damage that needs to be fixed on a frame machine... something small like that shouldnt effect the value to much unless the person buying it is looking for a complete perfect show car!

take it back and if they refuse to fix it just have your lawyer come by and he'll have a chat with them[sm=icon_rofl.gif][sm=signs003.gif]

You might have been able to do somethinge before you hit something. If it wasn't recorded and the damge you did was fixed, you might be able to get them to do something. However, if your accident was recorded or there is damage that wasn't there when you bought it, there's no way you have any recourse. Why didn't you check for this when you bought the car?

Did you guys jack your car up buy that? That would be the most likely explanation. If you didnt i bet someone did and it collapsed/crunched it.

Its prolly not frame damage, probably just sheet metal damage. If it was frame damage then most likely you car would pull to a side or your tires would be wearing funny. My advice, buy a can of semi-flat black krylon and paint it black.
