I know i need mil eleminators but do i need the exstension kit or not ????

What pipe are you getting? I didn't need extensions, just the eliminators. And also go get a good passenger side flange gasket for where it connects to the headers/manifold. Either get one from Ford, or get a Felpro from some parts store, just don't use the crappy one that comes with the pipe.

you don't need the O2 extensions unless you have an 04GT. you don't need MILs unless you're ging with an off road midpipe.
