Default PI Head/Intake Swap or PI Egnine Swap?!?!

I bought a set of Windsor PI Heads and Intake. I ran into a deal on a used PI Shortblock with 40K on it. My car has 115K on it and I'm worried that right after I do the PI swap, the lower end will go. Do you guys think I should just buy the PI block and put the PI heads on that instead of my NPI block? Anyone done this?

If the motor seems to be in good condition and they want a decent price for it, "I" would personally do it.. just because it is a fresher motor.

The block has 47K on it and it's from a 2000 GT (same year as the heads I bought). I can get it for $300 shipped. Sound good?

Ok, so here's the choices: buy the '00 GT block to match the heads, or buy some stage 1 cams. Which should I do?

I say check compression on the npi. If everything works out, then buy the cams and make more power.
