RE: Weight reduction
Its not my car, just a pic I got from the net. My car is a 2000 Mustang GT. I bought it with those wheels on it.

HA HA HA . I bet all of you guys feel pretty stupid now. All that talk about how he shouldn't copy and it was the real thing the whole time. I'm sorry but this is too funny. Maybe next time look better at the pic.

RE: Weight reduction
So, back to my question. Are my wheels heavy or light? don't really guess it matters though, 'cause I like 'em so i'll probably stick with them. also if that would have been my cobra, I would have been pretty mad. Maybe you should look a little closer next time!!

RE: Weight reduction
Hmm weight reduction... Rip out AC, Powersteering, Stereo and components, passenger seat, rear bench, get racing drivers seat, get carbon fiber Cobra R style hood, carbon fiber trunk, no spoiler, Steeda Ultra-lite II wheels, remove wipers, remove foglights and headlights (replace with plastic piece), relocate battery to back trunk, remove spare/jack etc...., tubular K-member A-Arms, lighter driveshaft, radiator, springs (and all other suspension components) etc.... cross-drilled vented brakes, lighter radiator, 1/4 tank of gas, remove wiper fluid resovoir, rip out carpeting, console plastic, shifter boots, airbags, roof liner, side mirrors, side scoops, lighter composite hardware, rip out all power windows/locks, rear lights,... get lighter steering rack, axels... At this point you should be sufficiently light. If you want to go lighter, get a fox and do the same
