Hey guys, O/D is not working. I had thought it was possibly my button malfunctioning, but nothing came from it after I replaced it. I reset the computer, but nothing still. anyone ever have issues like this before.

Check your trans fluid, first. You will not get proper shifts with low fluid. You mau also have a bad control module on your tranny. You have more than one computer in your car. There is a control module mounted on or near the transmission.Someone may have to help here, but, wouldn't a vacuum leak also cause shifting issues? Or, is the transmission completely electronic?

Iwill look into that, but can the trans fluid affect the O/D tonot kick in what so ever? I can't get it to turn on even when im sitting at idle.

Maybe I mis understood the question. Is the light not coming on? Or, is the car not shifting into OD?

it is shifting into o/d, just that i can not turn it off what so ever. it shifts perfectly fine, it stays on, i cant turn it off.
