Default Hi guys

Hi im from over in the v6 section. Was wondering were would be a good place to look at getting a 00-04 v8? I feel that i need to do a swap, just dont feel the sixeris anymore also will i need to get a new tranny, or will my v6 tranny hold up, its a auto. thanks for the help.

you would probably be better off selling your car and getting a gt, the sixxer isn't set up to handle the v8. your rear end is only the 7.5 and im not sure how long that would last, and there are other things too, but i dont know off the top of my head

From what I've heard it's not a simple swap by far. It would be more convinient to sell the sixxer and buy a GT

well i have the sixer payed off in 4 months. i dont have the best driving record, 2 tickets and 2 wrecks, 1 wasnt my fault tho.b Plus im still in High School and not to happy about car payments

i can get a 01 8.8 rear end for $400 from my salvage yard. computer harnesses and everything else im not sure about %100.

sell the sixer because it's going to cost too much to drop a v8 in it and run properly. Just get the v8.
