The GT gets slightly better fuel economy as from what I'm told. I've never had the privelage of owning a Cobra. .... Stage 1 cams could give you 25 hp on stock heads.... The intake has to match the heads.

so the cams would do very little, and the intake has to go on with the heads

25 hp on a stock car isn't that little. If you want, get stage 2 heads. They'll yield almost 40 hp on a stock engine. And yeah, the intake needs to be a PI type.

yeah, if you do the heads, you have to do the intake and cam, you can do the intake by itself, or just the intake and cams, depending on your pocket

the cobra gets about identical gas mileage unless of course its an 03-04, but even then its not bad.

if your gonna do pi heads you might as well do the intake. your shortin yourself because the pi intake is very restrictive. but as far as i know i dont think the pi heads match the npi intake but i could be wrong.

yeah, that's not that far at all really.

it's nothing but my old stock shortblock. i swapped it out at 28k miles (last week actually) for a new forged shortblock with new heads and cams. so i have all that crap on it and ready to go.
