Default Alright need some troubleshooting...

Motor is in, fluids are in, power in hooked up.....but no start! Kinda freaked out cuz it didn't start. But need to find out what the problem is....
This is what happened, i pulled the fuse to fuel pump to prime the motor and get the oil pressure up....i put the key in and everything powered up, turned the key and "CLICK" was all i heard. so i tried hooking up jumper cables to the battery for a stronger charge.....and still got a "Click". But everything is powered up: gauges, radio, lights, all the indicator lights...everything, So im thinking maybe...

1.The starter went bad?
2. Starter is missing aligned?
3. I missed a wiring harness connection?
4. Battery is bad?
5. Alternator is bad?
6. I didn't ground the battery good enough (relocated it in the trunk)?
7. My starter won't work with the new flywheel?

Anyone got some advice on troubleshooting this.....throw all ideas at me....?
Thanks guys
jimbo

Try hitting the unlock buttton on you keyless remote, my car has a factroy alarm that is set to only allow a window of about 10-20 seconds to start the car, then if not started, it will reset, and I would have to unlock it again, just an idea.

You should really charge the battery for a while.

Sometimes when a battery is so drained, a jump doesn't always work.

You shouldn't charge the battery 'just enough' to get it started & think the alternator will charge it to where it needs to be. This causes a ton of stress on the alternator & can shorten it's life, if not ruin it right then & there.
