Default can i beat...

is there some type of formula to find out if you car can beat someone elses.
i'm guessing it woulduse HP Torque and Weight, anyoneknow?????

no there is no way of doing that. you can have 1000000hp and could get beat by a 400hp car. there are too many factors other than power.

+1, and dont' forget you have to factor in how good the driver is which has no way of measuring

there's calculators (which use hp and weight in case u were wondering)out there but you got to remember 1) most people want to feel special and not give u what they're really runnin or fudge their numbers 2) you've got to be an extrodinary driver to even come close to those times estimated and 3) how your making your power says alot too, a 150 shot of nitrous and 10 psi of boost act completely different

The best estimator is your gut, and you learn what to stand up to and back down from, hence why we get so many "can i beat this guy with just bolt-ons?" etc etc

No formula too many factors. Just be smart about it. Do some research online and get a good knowledge of cars so that when you pull up next to a camaro u can oh, thats and LT1 not an LS1 because of the headlights. Just learn to recognize cars and know their power/times.

Also don't underestimate things....some cars are not said to be fast, but can be made total sleepers. Man I cannot wait to get my car done this summer....gonna be badass sleeper. Everybody will think just a stock non-pi....muahhah
