RE: what computer
You are going to need the specific computer code, its located on the computer itself (behind the passenger side kick panel) and sometimes on the door frame.
You don't want the diablo chip though.

Your 4 "digit" computer flash code is located on the passenger side inner door frame. Usually it consists of 2 numbers and 2 alpha characters. Example: DI49

SCT FTW.
I am guessing you are wanting the flip chip though so you can run a nitrous and regular tune? (2 tunes that is).
I can tell you that I had 2 of the diablo flip chips and hated them both, simply because I could not get a decent tune from diablo or the local tuner shop. The SCT stuff just has more options and is generally a better peice.
I assume your looking into a custom tune? If all your shop programs is diablo your kinda stuck with buying them. If your considering a generic tune from them on your flip chip though, just forget it. Generic diablo tunes are simply junk.

If your local shops use SCT you definatly DONT want the diablo. I was loosing around 8 WHP at full boltons with the generic diablo tune.
Just get a SCT Xcal 2 and be happy with it. When you get enough boltons you can get a custom tune on it from one of your local shops and not have to buy another tuner/chip.
I bought a generic diablo mail order chip and then had to buy ANOTHER when my shop could not tune the first one (even being a diablo shop). Its simply not worth it, and like I said the tunes suck anyway.
