Default Stock Rearend

I am getting ready to take my rearend out of the car to have 4.10's put in. At the same time I am getting 31spline axles and putting in new upper and lower control arms. While I have everything apart though is it worth getting a posi put in the car or will the stock unit take some abuse? The chevy guys I know all have ten bolts in their car and always talk about how they have to upgrade their axle components....I never hear to much of that out of the guys with mustangs though. Thanks for any input.

If your getting 31 splines you will have to upgrade the t-loc carrier anyways stock is 28. If your going to do all that and you have the money i would swap in a posi, auburn, moser etc...do all the first time and make sure you get the bearing kit to replace everything when you swap the stuff out.
