Just putting my CAI I get a hissing sound. Put one of these on there and it will hiss like crazy.

I realize this is a spacer of sort but does it really help anything? I bought one of these for my Nova a few years back and noticed a difference... What about our cars?

thanks
When I had it on I really didn`t notice a difference. Maybe it will help if you have the entire intake and exhaust done.

I think a intake spacer is a waste of money....

How much of a difference did the TB/plenum make with the blower? Or did you have that before putting the blower on?

Put it on all at the same time. It was one of the upgrades I opted for when I bought my kit. Still waiting on my tax return. I'll be trailering it to MPH for a dynotune. I drove it a few times on the JMSchip "safe" tune to the local dyno for a wideband check and all 3 tunes sent to me suck so Tim @ MPH is gonna square it away for me.

I'd be interested to see what numbers you make with your setup.

I'm thinking about throwing a plenum/TB, shorties, and a WMS ProVelocity tube on there but I'm afraid I might be pushing my luck with the internals.

I'll be looking at about the same #'s you've got. Several people here and with s/c GT's around my town say that I'll be looking at closer to 10psi with the powerpipe so??? We'll see. I'd be happy with 390-405 hp and about the same if not a little more tq. I'll keep ya posted.
