i would just think you would tell the shop what you want done to the car instead of them just putting parts in and telling you what you have....

wet would be the safest for that big of shot..

YesI do, but I was try'n to see how well people pay attention to detail. as far as the "hp" part goes it was not hope and dreams, it was just what was told. LikeIsaid car is at the shop been built. the exhaust is still in need of up grade, I have had the car a total of three months. The "nos" still can be put as a wet systems as well. The way shop talked dry was the safest, but I could not really say. Agian it is just what I was told by them. As soon as it gets done I will have a list of eveything posted and pictures.. It is the frist mustang that I everhad, or even the frist one have had built
If this was my car at that shop I would pull my car and take it else where. They don't seem to know what they are talking about. With out nitrous you will maybe be at 270 rwhp. With that dry 175 shot you will be at 0 rwhp when you lean out and blow your engine. Don't do what this shop is telling you.

By the way is this an import shop? Have they offered to put stickers on your car yet to add HP.

Im calling BS on the thread starter and this car.

most import shops pull motors from garden tractors and put them in their cars and add a few stickers to call it fast..

but i would say find out what they are doin to the car

Well if all this is true, then 500 hp(at the fly) would be super easy. Say he has forged internals, enough fuel, PI swap, and a couple boltons 500hp would be cake on the spray.

I agree, this sounds kinda shady to me too. And to the thread starter, I run one of those "regular" stroker kits, came with Manley rods, and Probe pistons. Theres nothing wrong with buying a kit. Those parts are just as good as your SUPAR PARTS!

I have a compareable set up, and its nothing that impressive. Dont talk alot of trash. there are MANY a car around here that will hand you your *** on and off the spray. If you are gonna be running 500hp, be ready for a clutch, tranny, built rear, major suspension, INJECTORS if you are running a dry shot[&:], and a million other things. a forged stroker and a dry shot wont get you anywhere near 500hp without breaking things
