Anyone put a new girdle on when changing gears?
just curious.... if putting 3 73's in a its my DD no launching at the track should i get a stronger girdle?

Before I hit the track,,I'm gonna install one...They really strengthen the main caps....main cap deflection it the number one cause of gear breakage..on 8620 gear sets....the little adjusting screws put a slight amount of pressure on the main caps ,keepin them from flexing...well worth it if your gonna abuse it at the track with slicks...next comes the axle upgrade and diff
For a DD and no track...nope...dont buy it...IMO
