hmm thats really great to know that you guys have more bolt ons + 4.10gears and get WAY better MPG than i do 
could someone help me, maybe think of something thats wrong?

How's your performance? Without something other than your mpg it's hard to identify the source. Do you keep up with other non-PI stangs? Any hesitation, strange sounds, color of your plugs, unburnt fuel coming out of your exhaust, puddle of fuel under the tank in your driveway?
Right now, the only thing we can say for sure based on your info is that your mpg does need fixing.

Determine what you have for gears.
Stop downshifting. Shift before 2,500 RPMS in every gear. You should also try short shifting when you can, all of these things will improve your gas mileage.
Since you've done pretty much all the maint. to keep your car running efficiently. I'd say you need a lesson on driving like a grandma.
