Default instalation help

My eibach antiroll front and rear sway bars are ariving to me tomarow and was curious if anyone here has installed or knows how to install sway bars. Is it easy?...Is it hard?.......I am pretty mechanically inclined and have access to a lift in class.

Does anyone have sway bar knowledge??????? I only have lift access for 2 hours a day and need to know if this is long enough to install them without problems or being rushed. Advice is appreciated
