Your warranty is kinda sketchy when it comes to modifications, because I know lots of dealers that wont even LOOK at a car with one single aftermarket part. But if the dealer goes by the official rules, you might want to get underdrive pulleys, longtube headers, offroad x pipe, 70mm throttle body and an Accufab plenum. This will definitely get you 300 hp to the wheel, but it wont pass emmissions. You want to stay emmissions legal and still be close to 300 rwhp, then get JBA shortie headers and a 2 cat x pipe.

Correction: JBA shorties and a 2 cat x pipe to replace the longtubes and offroad x pipe, but you still need to get the 70mm throttle body, Accufab Plenum, and the underdrive pulleys.
Finally, I dont know if you would want to go this way, even though it is initially the cheapest method of power, but a 75-100 shot alone will definitely get you 300 rwhp, if nitrous is your thing... If not then what i said previously will get it.

how do those pullies fare out? i want to get them but i was talking to a guy that had them in his 5.0. said that since it takes power from other things like your alternator, a/c and crap, that it actually sometimes made his car stall out. i have an 04 and was lookin at the pullies. seems like a cheap way to add some juice. don't want them if i'm going to have to worry about my car stalling out at a light though. it already idles at about 700rpm the way it is.
