Default Clutch question!~

Hey everyone, I have a 96 GT and my clutch is pretty stiff, and even when it is warmed up it is still stiff, does this mean that it is time for a new one? I think it might but it seems to engage at the same point everytime and evrything seems to be working properly. Anyways, if it does need a new one, which ones do you recomend?
thanks for everything

maybe u have an aftermarket clutch?? i dunno...but it is true i have a 88 escort and its clutch is flawless. So after driving it for a week straight, i drove the stang and i stalled it like 3 times. That spec stage 2 is a little different
