My low horsepower question
So im sitting here debating to myself what horsepower I am pushing. The bolt ons I have are K&N cold air intake, steeda UDP's, JBA X pipe, JBA cat back. So just curious on how my horsepower at the crank I have? And I thought it would be a good idea to have a sticky telling people what to expect (est.) with individual bolt ons. What do yall think?

RE: My low horsepower question
There was one of these up until like a year ago. The problem is the enormous amount of variables involved. The only way to tell is to get dyno'd.

RE: My low horsepower question
what, are u kidding, i think he would be lucky to see 280 at the fly. now if u got the lt headers, than maybe 300 flywheel.

RE: My low horsepower question
He prob meant 250

RE: My low horsepower question
Flywheel..... meaning the 260bhp that its rated at. We all know dynos that we would use normally measure rwhp. He wants to know what the engine is crankin, not what he wheels are throwin down. Your probly 285 give or take 10 depending on how strong your internals are, hwo good you oil is and the temperature of your area among other things. Deffinately over 250^^^

RE: My low horsepower question
Stock headers. Im trying to decide if i want to invest in longtubes or not. Im going to put nitrous on my car in a few months. But those numbers are a lot better than I was guessing [&:]

RE: My low horsepower question
definately want to invest in lt headers, the gain will be around 15 wheel for u. so do that then the nos and u will be set
