No, it won't bolt to the engine.

i forgot to state that the 94 has a 331 stroker motor, which i think should be a 327 block from ford racing and i thought that the tranny bolts were similar since i bought my 4.6 block from ford racing it is now bored to a 306. what might be the best route to get a 5 or6 speed in my 01??

A 331 stroker uses a 302 block that is bored .030 over and has a stroker crank and rods. If your 4.6 is 306ci then it has to be stroked also. There is no way to go from 281 ci to 306 ci just by boring. A 302 that is just bored .030 over and not stroked is a 306 so a 281 bored .030 over would be like a 285. Did you buy your engine built or buya block and have a shop build it? If you've got the money I think you should go with the T56 6 speed tranny. You'll need it if you are going stroker and procharger.

I was told it was a 306 and that it was stroked and bored, i dunno if thats possible since i am not familiar wih the stroking boring thing, but what about the clutch pedals and cables from the 94? is there nething i can use from it since its getting converted to an auto? how much power will the t-56 withstand?

If it's stroked then it probably is a 306. I don't know if the pedals and cable will work or not.
