Default Exhuast water/Smoke

I recently had my 2000 GT in a body shop and i had to get a ride to the shop to pick it up. On the way home the girl that drove me to the shop was behind me and she called me as we were driving and said that there was some smoke and water coming out of the exhasut. I got the car home and let it idle in the driveway for about 5-1o minutes. When i came out to look at it i noticed a light smoke coming from the exhasut. Im not sure if its smoke or water vapor. Also, there was a small puddle about 6-8 inches in diamter under both sides of the exhaust exit. Is this a problem. I nenevr noticed it before. Anyone have any clues as to what could be causing this.?

More than likely normal.

It could just be condensation. Look under you oil-fill cap, if you see water there, it could be a head gasket.

Keep an extra eye on your temp and oil.

I get that on my drivers side pipe. I think I blew a head gasket on that side only. I turn off the car, and light smoke or steam comes from it too. It also has that puddle at idle, and even a little bit of water from the other side as well. I'm not worrying about it too much. No water under the cap though.

Check your oil. If it looks like a chocolate milkshake then you have coolant mixing with it. If your head gasket is blown expect to see this.

if its cold you can expect to see a light smoke coming from the exhaust and some water vapor. but if its warm there and your seeing a light smoke and a lot of liquid...id say it is your head gasket

Nahh I just checked my oil. I know the symptoms of a blown head gasket, and I'm pretty sure it's not it.
