Yeah we ordered side scoops for my dads Stang and it took forever to get them. We called a few times and were told it was on back order. Finally they said that they had to get them from another source and it would be more money. They made it up though and the guy I called the 4th time was pretty good at helping me so I'd order from there again.

they take a little long to process their orders and their shipping is usually overpriced, but they have always had what i needed in stock and never take longer than 2-3 weeks to ship.

pretty sure all that is due to teir high volume of business, i mean they seriously have 99% of the parts youll ever need.

Every single order I have placed was shipped that day (If ordered before 2pm CST). I have only had 1 instance where an item was backordered, and it took a week to get it and that was because it was around Christmas.

I have spent at least $1000 with them over the last 3 months and they have yet to dissapoint me.
