My buddy and I used the stock cd player and all for the sub. Got Tweeter to do a custom ported box for only $100 and they did a great job on it. Takes up about half my trunk but it's great. We just hooked up some of the wires to the rear speakers and then used a litlte switch for on and off. Really neat setup.
