I'm trying to change the oil stick and only the upper part come out, the rest which is the one that goes in the inside of the engine block was stock trying to get it out fall in the oil pan I loose the bolt of the oil pan and look with the magnet and cant find it alsoI shake the oil pan can't hear any thing so is safe to just install the oil pan back or I need to raise the engine so i can get the oil pan out, please reply if you know any thing, will appreciated

your probably gonna have to drop the oil pan. then get a long piece of wire and stick it where the dipstick goes since ford decided to make it twisted [&:]. it should fall out then

I'm having a hard time understanding your massive run on sentence, but if something is in your pan and it shouldn't be, you need to get it out.
